I am a Lecturer at the Department of Business and Public Administration of the University of Cyprus. Prior to my current employment, I served as an Assistant Professor in the Work and Organization Group at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick (2019-2022).
My research revolves around understanding how organizational improvisation, tacit knowledge and judgment enable work, as well as how philosophy can enrich organisational research. My work has been published in leading management journals that include Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Review, Organization Studies and Management Learning.
